You will not get baned for having over 100 million dollars. I have 3 billion on GTA online and did not get banned. I've had the hacks on for almost 3-4 weeks

I don't know who started this "90+ mil = higher risk" but I guess it's something to do with how Rockstar detects illegal money. Maybe when you reach a certain wealth your account gets flagged so it can be reviewed later on.
