-go to Rockstar created missions
-start up any of them really but Blow Up II is best
-start it up get cops and or just do random things for about 5 min
-no tank needed
-after that just continue doing the actually mission once finished u should get triple the amount of cash

I play Docks to Stocks 2 Lester Mission. Its worth the play since most of your time is trying to escape the cops. I've gotten around 21k money and 3-4k rp.

Every mission that involve Merryweather Security will provide you with a good payout.
