No, there's no tutorial up (and it's a bit confusing at first), but the only other thing you need is a special email domain - which I sell for 500k vBux.

The reason it stopped working was because youtube changed their signup methods a bit. I've got a new one for it, but it's harder to implement and I don't work on it much.
