No, it's a blog site generally filled up with images where people can follow you and then reblog an image you posted.

Say user a posts an image then b reblogs and c is following b, they see b reblogged the image and now c reblogs.

That can happen 50k+ times.

People tend to write a little bit of their life and upload images and such. It's kinda like twitter mixed with image sharing boards.
