That's just a domain, that doesn't include web hosting, unless you're using the free web host which most of the time is complete shit.

You could try researching and maybe find a coupon code or maybe even a web host, but I highly doubt it.

I'll just use the free popular web host and buy my 1$ domian =3
then probably buy necklance or something with the remianing money on my prepaid card

Your going to need more than that, you need a domain and hosting... you could try going down a free route but end up with several obstacles in your way, such as bad hosting (which is really important). For a site promoting your service I think you could manage with $3. Here's how:

- buy a .com domain .99/first year
- set it up to redirect to a Tumblr
- get a nice clean theme and edit it to your liking
- viola!
