Post: Iphone 3GS wont boot tethered

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have been able to boot tethered in the past but a few days ago it stop wanting to boot and redsnow freezes i tried to restore but to restore i have to update now iTunes is not finding my phone but my computer is. Thanks in advance

I did that and sometimes 64 bit computers dont recognize DFU mode and install drivers so i tried on my 32 bit and still no luck

Download your phones 5.0.1 Here You must login or register to view this content.

Then in itunes go to your phone hold SHIFT and click RESTORE then pick the phone's FW you just D/Led.. it will restore and update to 5.0.1

iTunes does not find my phone even though my computer says it is plugged in
