1. If i have jailbroken iDevice, can i still download upcoming updates to apps that i have bought off appstore?
2. Will it slow down iPhone a lot?

1) Yes, you can upgrade and you can keep buying apps from the App Store
2) No the jailbreak itself don't slow your device but if you download unnecessary tweaks and never remove them then it will be laggy.
