(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i am proabbly going to buy this ipad mini on ios 8 and the person said that she forgot the password amd to connect it to the computer to restore it ask for a password i was wondering if there was any password bypass as well as apple id bypass to be able to reset the ipad .

Put it into DFU mode and you should be able to restore it no problem - just make sure she's removed it from her iCloud account (can be done at icloud.com) or she'll be able to lock it remotely, and it may even possibly refuse activation once you buy it.
