The problem is that I can't watch TV on the jailbreak. I'm a noob when it comes to mobile device hacking and modding so I'm asking for some help.

Like I told you before, check Cydia for a tweak to bypass jailbreak detection.

Since you were unable to do so I did a quick Google search, and came up with one right away.
