I personally use Skype as my phone :-P and I don't mean someone calls my Skype, I payed for a Skype number and I also pay for Skype subscription so I pay 18$ for 3 months of people beging able to call me and all the calls can be answered using the skype application but they call a phone number I pay 2.99$ to be able to make calls aswell
