iPad 2

Good news for you iPad fans. Apple is working on a making a new, souped up iPad. It is rumored to have the following:

2 cameras, one front facing for video chat and the other rear facing.

Thinner and lighter than the current model, and there's an unconfirmed rumor that Apple is readying for release a smaller 7-inch variant of the iPad.

An SD card slot will be included and a mini-USB 3.0 port.

The iPad 2 will be running the latest iOS4.2 release.



The iPad 2 will be shipped sometime early February based on the Digitimes report. It was meant to ship early January but they are still conducting firmware tests. But then again, Apple may release the iPad 2 in April, to coincide with the iPad's initial launch anniversary.

Well, technology is advancing pretty quickly these days

also, its supposedly not going to have a home button, same with all next gen iDevices

I'll stick to my smaller, cheaper, and better Ipad called the Ipod.

Hopefully apple product prices will decrease this year.
