80% of the options are shown in the video, some aren't like page 2 of the game settings etc.

You will obviously need to edit the perks into the patch with your PSN id which many of the recorders have failed to do, therefore making the patch look buggy when its not LOL
This link is for BLES 683/BLUS and I don't have a converter so I am not going to do it for you xD

I am error
When I go to multiplayer the screen turns black (PS3 Freezes).
Any ideas/suggestions on how to fix?
This is what I did....
-Changed xYARDSALEx to my PSN
-Changed BLES 683/BLUS to BLUS30377
-Changed from XBOX to PS3

I literally had the same issue, but I have gotten it to work. Its been a few weeks, but I think I remember what I did. Follow these steps:
1. Redownload/use the Original patch and convert it to your region(I don't remember if i had to or not, but I am using BLUS aswell).
2. Download the FF viewer from the topic the nightmare one I believe.
3. Open the FF viewer and open the patch WITHOUT MAKING IT XBOX!
4. Change your PSN BUT click on save raw file or something along those lines above the window that shows all the fancy coding.
5. File>Save patch, OR WHATEVER IT IS FOR NIGHTMARE EDITOR(just save the patch)
6. Rename created.ff to patch_mp.ff
7. TEST DAT BRUHHH!
