Hello Everyone!
Today i will Release my eboot builder for MW3
Now You Can make DEX Mods For CEX Users Using EBOOT (PPC)!

What the tool can it do ?:
-Set XP has much Game Mode.
-Create .ELF File , Write mods on it , and Encrypt in .bin File for your region.
-Encrypt Your Eboot With Keys 3.55 Or 3.60+ (For 4.21/4.30 CFW !)
-Encrypt Debug (FSELFED)
-Set Custom Message.
-Super Force Hosting.
ٍSome DEX Mods For CEX Users ! :
God Mode on Class 1
AUG Mw2 on Class 2
Unlock All Camos
Change your Name
Prestige
WallBreach
[Binds Mods] Check if you are Client 0 :
if Press R2 = NoClip
if Press O + R2 = God Mode
Hack S&
[you can add something for it + Choose XP Float]And the rest like to IMCSX's eboot builder

This is simple fix just get an self decrypt it open it in hxd get the non host offsets subtract them by ten thousand. After that find some useless dvars or if your lazy open imcsx eboot search the game mode like Dom you will find a dvar click the beginning open idea search the offset But add ten thousand open the hex view look at the offset. Jump to that in hxd convert 3000 to hex from a float past write the bytes there you go you nodded you eboot. After that convert it to you region or a debug copy it to your game folder play with your sexy eboot note that I'm lazy and might not have all step here but this is just a quick quote.
