Today i will Release my eboot builder for MW3
Now You Can make DEX Mods For CEX Users Using EBOOT (PPC)!

What the tool can it do ?:
-Set XP has much Game Mode.
-Create .ELF File , Write mods on it , and Encrypt in .bin File for your region.
-Encrypt Your Eboot With Keys 3.55 Or 3.60+ (For 4.21/4.30 CFW !)
-Encrypt Debug (FSELFED)
-Set Custom Message.
-Super Force Hosting.
ٍSome DEX Mods For CEX Users ! :
God Mode on Class 1
AUG Mw2 on Class 2
Unlock All Camos
Change your Name
Prestige
WallBreach
[Binds Mods] Check if you are Client 0 :
if Press R2 = NoClip
if Press O + R2 = God Mode
Hack S&
[you can add something for it + Choose XP Float]And the rest like to IMCSX's eboot builder

this eboot builder signs me out of psn when im host and my ps3 freezes can you fix this bug please.

There's way Too Much..
I get the 7mb file as well, and all I check is 3 things..maybe 4. It opens on Win8, 64 bit no problem. But it gives me an error when I start the game.
Maybe this has been fixed, I'll re-DL and check back.
I really hope this tool works. The other one is good, and works great...but does not have a few things.

There's way Too Much..
Nope, still won't load game. BLUS30838. All I selected was AUAV, red box, no recoil, 4x weapon, and custom welcome message.
