So yea browsing some forums and found this You must login or register to view this content.
Yea its in french so here is what says.
You need:
A PS3-3.55
-A PS3 Last updated latest (4.21 now)
-A computer
-H x D / Hex editor on the computer
1. give to Delete your update MW3
2. Multiplayer Go and start a match deprive
3. Stop and restart the game one more part
4. Stop Part 2 video now you have in your studio mode
5. now transfer the data from your PS3 hard drive has 4.21 3.55 (you need to spoof its apparently)
6. Open an FTP server on your 3.55 and go to the data of MW3
7. Seek folder which is called "demo" in your USDIR MW3 BLES then copy it to your desktop.
8. Open the folder you will have 2 file. "demo"
9. crafting one with HxD editor and scroll to the bottom
10 . now you should see your PSN and the name of the map or you play in private match
-> 11. No. Do not change your name it is a what? xD
12: Now change the name of the map or you play (for example you will see if you run mp_dome dome just now)

So apparently it must have "_load the end so let the after the"; "Code of infection
15: Once you edit save, copy to FTP server folder DEMO in place of the other
16 : Transfer to PS3 4.21
17 - 4.21 throw your MW3 go online in your trunk and you will see a map bizare with code like MW2, made PLAY.
18 - An error will display
19 - Go to private match online you will have the code of the infection
20 - Run in split screen.
