Simply go to "Game Data Utility" on the XMB menu and find MW3 and while hovering over it, hit triangle and then click "Delete". Then start up MW3 and download the update, once you've downloaded the update your game now has all of it's original files. Simply go into FTP and get the eboot from the USDIR folder.
