Well , there is a way but 1 it would be a lot of coding depending what patch your converting and 2 some of the options will not work and will take up space .... And the 'cfg' modding method was invented with CoD4 and tryed on other CoDs but I am not sure if they worked on newer versions of the game as they found a way to block them out

To be honest you can convert ANY patch but you'll have to put all the coding into 'Cfg' Files ... And a lot of the options wouldn't work like for example " Flying jet " will be one of the options that will not work .. And to answer your question about it being possible it is you just need to be bypassed

There isn't a way to convert gsc into a cfg file for many reasons and also if there was every single person be using a patch
The only way is get a JB PS3 running on 3.55 or less as you need homebrew to transfer the patch from your computer to your ps3
