This is what you need to do.
Go to Find Game. When you're in Find Game you'll be stuck with Downloading Game Settings. At this point you will need to unplug the power of your internet router (don't touch PS3). Wait a couple of seconds and plug in your router. Once your internet is up and running go to your ps3 and sign in while you're still in COD4. That's it!!!
