And if i have a character on Blizzards servers is it possible to have him transferred or copied to yours? I dont want to start back from lvl 1.. Im lvl 80 with full t10.5 gear with 25 LK kill and dont want to lose it lol

No that isn't possible, on any server.

And no private server will have Cata for a VERY long time.

Damn.. 16gb is quite a bit, I might come back and download it later.
