is this possible to use with a Pokemon trainer account? if so how would i go about that? 
Also, how do i get it to keep my highest level of a duplicate Pokemon?
Like it keeps a level 87 Electabuzz over a 544?

You can run a PTC account, in the auth.json file, you can edit the PTC username/password there and change the Auth type to PTC. The bot is already set to keep pokemon above a certain CP and IV, so yes it will. I have a 1755 CP Snorlax @lvl92 and a second one @1688, but @lv95, so it keeps both.

thank you for this , but i have 1 qeustion whats the cordination for this ? in the other thread i used the cordinations but this message keeps poppping up after couple minutes

Yes that's normal mostly because they removed the ability to use a refresh token.

You must prioritize Iv over CP in the config.

If people are banned then obviously the bot won't work for them. It works for accounts that are not banned. This bot helps fine.

Edit the config and scroll down to item recycler. Items you want to keep, change to 100. Items you want recycling change to 0. Any number inbetween keeps more/less of that item.

if you change "1250" in the config to "1900" you will most likely start to get higher CP pokemon.

No. If you make it 0, it won't keep any pokemon that have a CP above 0.

Where it says auth type you put Ptc instead of Google then you make the google email and password null , then add your ptc user and pass with quotes and commas.
