Is it just me that can't catchPokemon then through a bit or the app it's self :s

I have the same problem. Lv 37 google account. Cant catch anything through haxton, necro and even the app on the phone. Gym and pokestops work fine. Pokemon flee after throwing one pokeball at them. Havent caught 1 since last night. Changing ip through vpn causes error "no pokestops nearby" Its just this account, my others work fine.

im currently unbanned i thinks its a 24 hour thing the fleeing pokemon thing
