I have been using this bot for a few days now with no problems until now. When i start up the bot it runs smooth for 5-10 minutes then it starts to mess up. I think it is something with the sniper which normally works fine. Sometimes it says "Pokemon not found in area" over and over, and sometimes it doesnt snipe at all and it just collects pokestops. Does anyone know how to fix or a better bot with sniping?

This bot is awesome, but it is always telling me : did not find a pokemon within the location.

Sounds like sniping issues. I'd recommend not using the sniper.

I actually don't know what sniping is, king of a noob question, I know!
But if you could quickly explpain to me, I would really appreciate!

All sniping does is quickly teleport to a location of a pokemon spawn of your choice, enter a capture battle, and then teleport back and capture the pokemon. It's not really necessary. Sniping usually increases the chance of a ban.
