I have found the problem, it isn't with this profile, but with the first Patch that was released from Gearbox.
The patch was supposed to fix a lag/freeze issue that people were having with the game. It seemed to work for only a select few that were having the issues with the game, unfortunately it caused more people, Me included to have the lag/freeze issues. I now have to wait till the third patch for the game, hopefully this one will let me play the game again.
