Since lots of information is given by NGU, we decided to write a little application to use with it.
We never had the intension to make an hybrid only tool, so we needed to organize some structure.
But PD tries to make it difficult for us, but we all united can BEAT them!

And it is finally there, in all it's glory, 1.6, 2.14 patch proof!

You can:

Change A-spec/B-spec level
Upgrade/downgrade Credits
Move gamedays (in case you search for a specific car from the UCD)
Gold Licenses
Gold Special events (good to do Vettel, as DS3 player)
Gold A-spec/B-spec events
Change current car to NCD/OCD
Disconnect your borrowed car
Enable/Disable special menu
Globally prevent resetting of your 2.11 hybrids
Reset OCD and UCD
Modify Race Number and font type (for self-created RM/Stealth cars)
And of course do an big amount of things to your car to hybrid it!

For now, this is it! If major bugs come up, we will fix it...hopefully.
Coding has been re-structured and flaws in the car's database has been solved (not all).
Bugs (real ones) have been solved, stolen sources will be detected as we can simulate the bugs!

- Possible Solutions for your problem -

- Download You must login or register to view this content.
- Manually save GT5 in-game before using the tool (Red button in GT Life)
- Skip spaces in the directory structure to your savegame
- Start the tool by clicking the .exe (no shortcut)
- If you move an save from account x to account y. A single restart of GT5 will not solve your PSN issue.
- In case you wonder if anything else gets installed, read the thread. Most has been spoken about
- In case you don't know what something means (Bruteforce, resigning save etc) use the search function on NGU.
- PM's with questions that are not my tool related will be ignored
- PM's with requests to build in things without supplying the correct info to do so, will be ignored.

In the tool, it says that we can enter the value of what we want to change, body, color, etc...
I have tried entering values, but I do not get results, for example, I am entering, 00D526A9, which is supposed to be reflex spice body and rim color, am I entering it right?
If we see a value for a body, this 8 digits is all we should have to enter, correct?

Hey mate,

Yeah that should work on 2 conditions, the car is paintable and the HEX value you give is an existing one in game.
I checked the dropdown (which also has Reflex Spice) and that tells me 00D53, instead of 00D52 as you decribe..

Maybe, 1.5a has a horn selection, but due to small bugs (yes there are always) and time, it's not released yet.

D526A9 is correct, should work. (D53 will make the rims factory color no matter what you put for a value behind it)
Only the car and rims do need to be paintable to see the effect.

I don't get the HP*x how do I just make certain hp cars? Does it multiplay the hp you have now and give you what you put like lets say you have 233hp, if you put 2 in that box is it 233x2= 466hp?

2 for a 233HP car will give you half, 4 will not change anything as it equals 100%, if you want double you need to put 8. That will change 233 into 466.

I don't get it can you please explain it to where I can understand I want some of my car under 2k hp like subaru supra skyline etc... I don't want to exceed over 2k and make unrealistic mods. So how do I make sure I know what to put in the x*hp spot?
