I will keep this updated. (I'm not sure if I did in fact get all region codes, so if I missed one please let me know so I can add it.)

Incremental update: requires 1.02 thru 1.21 bases
Minimum PS3 Firmware Required: 4.40
Total download size: 10.452 GB

Previous Updates
Unfortunately some updates are missing from these links since I did not have every title id at launch, but due to the way they have done incremental updates so far, the only truly missing updates are 1.01 for BCUS99247 and BCES01977.

The only likely way to find these missing updates would be to get lucky on google, and I have tried that a few times already. Another way to find them would be to figure out the part of the url that looks like a hash, and how it's generated - and I kind of doubt that is even possible.

I have the BCES01893 edition, I did the update 1.16, and now the game does not start, can you help me?
do we need a fix for that?

I had the same problem. I had to delete the game data, and re-install all the patches 1.02 to 1.16.

When you say delete the game data? in which path do you mean through filezilla?
where is the game data? and if I do so what about my progress? will be lost?

Go to your Game Data Utility Folder and delete the game data, you will not loose your progress because it is stored in your Saved Data Utility Folder.

when I ask for the path, I mean for example '' dev_hddo/games or dev_hddo/gamez or dev_hddo/home'',
where should I go and delete files?
Because only deleting the game from multiman didn't change anything, I installed it again and give and it has kept the updates.
