Go to Debug Setting and scroll down to where you see Boot Mode and change it to Release Mode
Or
Go to Target Manager on PC and Connect to your PS3 then right click over the PS3 your connected to and then Click on Reset Mode and select Release Mode and then click Reset right above Reset Mode

P.S. You will have to restart you PS3 after you have selected Release Mode unless you do it with Target Manager then you don't as it reset you PS3 for you
Down side to playing on Release Mode is you can not edit memory in real time with PS3 Debugger while in Release Mode it only works in System Software Mode, So if you want to real time edit this game you will have to use CCAPI on DEX.
To go back to System Software Mode just do the steps i just said but instead of Release Mode do System Software Mode to take your PS3 back to normal

That doesnt happen for me, I dont even use bd mirror or anything anyone else tells you,I just switch to release mode, reset ps3, and load up disc. It may be happening to you cause you have a broken disc reader, most cfw's fix that,

ye seem to be having issues loading via multiman or disk non stop black screen on Rebug 4.65.2 With cobra off as well..
Edit: game loads on Disk And with MM with right settings on release mode...

here is another fix to get it work on system software mode:
Be sure Cobra & Webman are off.
if having issues. go in release mode. install updates & game then try the above method..
if you get any XMB Freezes or loading up homebrew you need to restore file system, usually fixes the issue...
