This is old. Now it will be patched soon most likely. I've been doing it on Waking Ruins and go into Campus 9. Its the best place by far. I just grab bloom and make sure it spawns by the Campus 9 entrance as close as I can. I usually make sure there are two blooms and if I feel like getting chest...well theres a spot near too. Try it guys. WAKING RUINS and runs back and forth to CAMPUS 9. Make sure there are NO PLAYERS in that area or it will NOT WORK.

On Earth Old Russia for spin metal and chest theres another spot. From NEW DIVIDE back and forth to where u came from in the beginning in a tunnel...I forgot what its called...or NEW DIVIDE and back and forth to ROCKETYARD to farm a chest and a spinmetal that spawns right near like 10 feet away the chest.
