Well, without Trials and Iron Banner, for sure. It's unknown as to whether we'll offer Trials of Osiris yet, so I can't guarantee that either, unfortunately.

This was my first time using this service and I was quickly and consistently blown away. They are very quick to respond to messages, but are very concise and clear when answering questions and going over the scope of services you order. I paid for a light level powerlevel service to get me up to 360. The service was completed very quickly without hassle. They even left a few more items on my account so that I could infuse multiple weapons/armor up to 360+.

I was drawn in by the very fair price. Most sellers were offering 5 light levels for $50 or offered to get me from 347-360 for $100. Frankly, I felt that was a ridiculous price considering the time it would take to obtain (mine was done in less than two hours). They worked with me and gave me a custom price for my custom order which was by far the fairest price I had been quoted.

This is the first person I will message when I find myself needing a customized order again. Trustworthy, expedient and very clear -- I was happy with my first order here.

So recently, we had a lot of people hitting us up, and it so happened that these people didn't like, or even got mad at us for answering about half an hour to hour from their last message.

People, we understand you want it done as fast as possible, we understand that you want to play and enjoy your new stuff ASAP, but you have to understand one thing: We (the K' nd M' Services) and probably a lot of other Destiny service providers have real life aswell. We ALL try to reply to you immediately, but it's not always possible. I cannot pull out my phone in the middle of my lesson just to tell you the price. Some other guy cannot abandon his friends that he just went out with because he needs to reply to you. We all have friends, job, school, other free time activities, and we're doing our best to reply to you. This is NOT a full time job for us. It's a free-time activity that makes us money by helping you progress through the game. And besides, I think it's still really good time to reply after half an hour or hour. When I used to be purchasing stuff for other games, average wait time was a day and I was even adding multiple modders. People nowadays reply to you within ten minutes, or even instantly - we, too, reply instantly when we can. But then again, you have to respect that it's not always possible. Sure, if it takes us a day or two to reply, heck, if it takes few hours, I completely understand why you'd want to try out someone else. But if you abandon us or ANY OTHER service provider just because he took an hour to reply instead of like 10 minutes, I think you're losing out on many potential great sellers and service providers just because you can't wait a little bit longer. We all have life, guys. And we should all respect that.

I'll likely make this sticky somewhere in the upper post. I figured it's something people should be aware for the sake of us and other service providers, because there's almost nothing more annoying than customer leaving you and considering you a terrible seller just because you replied few minutes later.

There are few new things that I would like to talk about when it comes to our services.

The first thing is yet another price drop. Wrath of the Machine Raid Price has been reduced by $10 dollars, now standing at the price of $50 per run including all chests and SIVA Clusters. Additionally, new item has been added to the Wrath of the Machine Raid section, and that is running through the Raid with all Chests and SIVA Fragments while obtaining the Quest for Outbreak Prime. The price for this is set to $60 for now.

Next thing is revamped Points System. This successful system was well-received by many of the customers in the past, however, it was often problematic to keep track of all the Points customers had and used, especially when more and more deals came at roughly the same time. In other words, it was way too complicated. We believe the new version of this is way better. Check out the information about it in the main topic above. The Points system will begin to function on Tuesday, the 4th October.

And finally, the last and most interesting thing - a brand new Test Your Luck system. Each Saturday at random time, a reply will be made on this topic announcing the start of this event. Since that reply, the very first person to message us will receive a 50% discount on ANY purchase he's interested in. You can find more informations about this in the topic above. We're just testing out this system to see how it works. The system will begin to function on Saturday, the 8th October.
