Then I reset it into system software mode via Target Manager, and now my game disc wasn't showing up in the XMB and when I tried to enter MultiMan, it says "your current configuration is not supported insert cobra USB dongle", I tried many different CFWs and OFW, but nothing changed. I even restored my ps3 and still nothing.

Please help!

First did u uninstall the CCAPI program, and try backing everything up, then go into recovery mode and reinstall CFW, after that Rebuild Database and let me know what happened

Yes, I did all of that, and thanks for replying, but I figured it out.

If you have this problem the fix is
1. Go to Debug Settings
2. Check if gametype (debugger) is on disc boot game
3. check if blu-ray disc access is on BD Drive.
