It may be too far gone and require a reball to fix.

Reballing is a process of replacing the solder balls under the CPU/GPU and it is pretty dang difficult.

A simple ebay search you can find a reballing kit if you want to try to tackle it yourself with a good heatgun.
It will most likely cost more than the console is worth to have it done.

Other than that, nothing you can do. It's fatally bricked.
