It can be the wave or it can also be your tv i guessing its just the ps3 try to downgrade or go recovery mode to repair the file system on your ps3

Boot ps3 into recovery mode and reinstall your cfw.

Will i go into recovery mode and click rebuild database ??

But will i lose my cfw ??

Rebuilding database wont make you lose cfw.

Will it fix the problem on my ps3

I clicked on rebuild database and clicked yes now its just doing the same thing have no picture on my ps3 ??

1. Boot ps3 into recovery mode
2. Select option 5, "update system"

to install a cfw
3. Download your cfw, rename the file to "PS3UPDAT.PUP"
4. On a fat32 formatted usb flash drive, create a folder named "PS3" (no quotes)
5. Inside the "PS3" folder, create a folder named "UPDATE"
6. Inside the "UPDATE" folder, place your "PS3UPDAT.PUP"
7. Insert the usb flash drive into the rightmost usb port of your ps3
8. Follow prompt and install
