Try changing your DNS google search 8888 or 4488 are common but may need to try others also see if your VPN has built in firewall which may be restricting you from being able to host and that also may prevent you from connecting to psn

what are the best dns cause im using ipvanish and it connects and shows ip also can search google on internent but cant sign in gives me error 80710016

Have you check what boot mode you are in on your rebug settings and what cfw software are you running? If your on dex upgrade to the latest 4.81.2. The 4.81.1 had some network issues with it and then when you upgrade delete all the apps and get the latest version of multi man and psninja and psnpatch. Multi man should be built in to latest version just enable it and cobra in the rebug toolbox. The make sure NP environment isnt sp-int and that its set to np in your debug settings in both your dex and cex qa debug menus and you can toggle those menus through your rebug toolbox lmk if you don't know how to toggle the menus.

try upgrading to 4.81.2 but I also haven't heard any flaws in 4.80 so attempt to try changing the dns ports, and reset your modem/router and check to see if your vpn has a built in firewall
