it allows you to downgrade to any firmware you choose BUT DO NOT DO IT UNLESS YOU ARE ON FIRMWARE 3.55 OR LOWER OR ELSE YOU WANT YOUR PS3 BROKEN

like i mentioned before i have a warranty so if i put this on lets say a ps3 with 3.61 ofw will it allow me to downgrade or is downgrade feature only for 3.55?

no, you cant downgrade from 3.61.As said above you will brick your ps3.

dude, if ur on 3.61 or higher than u CAN NOT USE IT unless u want to brick your ps3 AND if you modify your ps3 in ANY WAY your warranty is automatically voided Sad Awesome
