yeh i no he got sued but i dont thinks it illeagal i no theres one out the now but theres no link to it im sure it will be out very soon thanks it helped

It's neither illegal nor legal, anyone can sue anyone else for absolutely anything regardless of legality.
If it were either legal or illegal however, it would certainly be legal for very, very obvious reasons.

well this guy said hes realizing a downgrade for 3.65 and 3.61 today but dont what time hes realizing it and he showed 2 videos which shows that its real and i think we have nearly cracked qa flagging
