Hi everyone ..
i downgraded my ps3 from
4.40 ofw to
4.40 Rogero updated to
Rogero Downgrader ..
then downgraded to
Rebug 3.55 finally updating it to
Rebug Rex 4.30.2
(
using e3 flasher no jailbreak dongle method) .
just like this :

when i went to
Rebug 4.30.2 i changed it from
CEX to
DEX using Rebug toolbox
(
extracting eid_root_key from Rebug 3.55 and Cex Dump and using Cex2Dex tool ) ..
just like this :

everything worked fine and i did change to
Dex successfully ..
then after all that ( the problem took place)
i tried to connect to "
ProDG Target Manager" (had full intent to RTE )
connected the ps3 to Router then to a PC and it
connected ..
to be honest i kind of made a bad move which i probably shouldn't ..
while the
MW3 disk and game is
running on ps3, using
ProDG Target Manager on PC ..
i right clicked on the ps3 (while
connected) and chose (
Reset) ..
immediately i noticed ps3 went to
black screen (which before it was on private lobby) ..
tried to restart with ps3 power button and it did but with
black screen ..
went to
recovery mode and it worked ..
restored whole system (
step5) and ps3 worked for the
next reboot but when i try reboot it again, it gives me
black screen
and system won't work till i keep pressing power button and hear 1
beep ..
i did update to rogero 4.40 > Rogero Downgrader > Rebug 3.55 > Rebug 4.30 Cex the whole process again .
and it seems that the problem is with
Dex only ..
cause when i go to Rebug toolbox and switch it back to
Cex ps3 work perfectly
but when i swap to
Dex,
black screen on next reboot ..
could my DEX dump be corrupt after using it alot ?
is problem with the hard drive ?
am i stuck on Cex forever or is there a sloution ?
note: im on Rebug Rex 4.30.2 (Cex) so i can upgrade or downgrade .
sorry for taking long but i thought making it clear to you what i'm facing ..
so can you help me please with this ?? im really in need to hear from pros ..
Sloution : turning on PS3 into Blackscreen > Run [ProDG Target Manager] >Target >PS3 [IP]> Right Click > Reset Mode >Check [System Software Mode] > Right Click PS3 [IP] > Reset
