Each COD is different. If I was doing MW3 I would choose DEX, better RTMs and connection for online. But for Black Ops 2 I would choose CEX because it's just easier and smoother for mod menus (.gsc). Those are the only COD games I play but then again it's all a personal preference. Try out both w/ Rebug 4.70.1 and see what you like.

I would recommend CEX for the start and once you into it a bit more you still can switch to DEX

I also had another question, to Downgrade; is there any way to downgrade without buying an E3 flasher?

Not that I'm aware of. I was hesitant in buying an E3 flasher at first, too. In the end, I picked up a China cheapy on eBay. 19 downgrades later and my partner and I are still using it.

The process is a bit long, but not as difficult or daunting as I'd imagined. Good luck.
