Well can you see install package files etc on the game category? Plus whats on the external harddisk? If there are folders like GAMEZ and in that folder are a bunch of BLUSxxx or Blesxxx (xxx=example) then it is most probably on CFW. And the chip, what do you mean chip?

I take it your running an e3 flasher with external Hdd for dual boot? I would ditch the dual boot and just put the ps3 on 4.70cfw

And then install pkg files that way
