it is wierd cause i helped him step by step and he was signed in 4 hrs ago, he signed out to install gta updates and now he get 224 error, cid is good i just tried it on my machine. (he's friend) cid works fine on my machine so its not banned cid.
not sure at this point.

Go onto your rebug toolbox and click on system information! Does it say DEX for both? If not , then that means it wasn't converted correctly!
That's an invalid CID! It's like that if your PS3 is converted to DEX! You can fix this by changing your active PSID to CEX in rebug toolbox at the last row second to the last column! After changing it to CEX , then make sure to clear any history after using any homebrew app/.pkg files! Hope this helps!

He's supposed to change his IDPS/CID to CEX not PSID.
Change your CID that begins with 00000001008X000
Change the X to a 4 and you should be able to sign in.

im with him on skype. he was already dex he come from ita and the first thing i had him check was if he was dex/dex
and yes i got the screenshot in my skype, he was, i had him install a few things, multiman.ccapi ect, he put cid on with ccapi and signed in no problem
i told him to sign out and go ahead and update his gta5, so he did
but now he get a224 error and i tried cid as i stated on my ps3 and it signs right in, so im not sure at this point, maybe the fw went bananas i dnt know i told him to reinstall cfw. i believe hes doing that now
