Did you uninstall the one you had on your ps3 and install ccapi 2.60 on your ps3 and installed 2.60 on your pc?

i got the same problem i can connect and stuff with 2.70 ccapi but no tools will connect and 2.60 ccapi wont install on my 4.80 cfw

What CFW are you on? Is this happening with just one tool?

there are like no tools that work with CCAPI 2.70 yet that I know of which I haven't found any and CCAPI 2.60 doesn't work on rebug 4.80 I want to downgrade but I'm not sure what the highest rebug firmware I can go to that CCAPI 2.60 works on

This is a major issue because there needs to be tools that work with CCAPI 2.70. Downgrading your CFW gives a greater risk of being console banned more frequently.

4.76 CEX is, so I just recommend you go to 4.75.3. That's not true whatsoever, who told you that being on an older firmware bans you faster?
