it says upgrade to 2.60 when it should be letting me connect cause i changed the libs to 2.70

please help

If you have files swapped and 2.7 is installed and it's still saying that then the tools are built to use 2.6 only.

before it was working and now it does not!

Retransfer the dlls. CCAPI one too.
