Ya, you bricked it, It can not be fixed as far As I know. Unless your technical. Best I could say is sell it to a pawn shop. Most take broken stuff. But Sorry your PS3 broke.

Mine did the same thing maybe you could try reballing it

Reflashing would most likely fix the brick depending.
