hello,
I flashed empty data to my ps3 using e3, I thought the e3 was on the backup option but it wasn't...
now I got two backups they are identical but completely wrong
same as the pic

If you dont have a valid dump then it isnt fixable unfortunately
No you cannot use a dump from another board

You cant use it for anything, its worthless.
I guess you could sell the disc drive, power button, psu to raise some of the money back from your loss
