Im on cfw 4.74 i think and it work fine but im still afraid to get ban can anyone help me to minimize the risk

Can't avoid it, just be careful.

Use PSN Patch & Ninja to delete history & stop CFW calls (Always do before signing in!)

Don't be a dick & you won't get reported

Buuttttt it does all come down to luck. I was modding heavily for months without a ban, then didn't mod and got banned in like 2 hours.

Maan the online stuuf is amazing but just for maybe 1 week or 1 month till my pentium 4 pc fixed or still playing it till it banned

Remember to quote so the user gets a notification

SEN and Ninja is a good combination - most people just use PSNPatch & PSNinja.

Which ever suits you best, as I say as long as you're not going over the top to draw attention to your self & play it safe (by not accessing homebrew while logged in) you should be ok.
