sony is pretty pissed about this i think and they are trying to stop the sale of this jailbreak. but i dont think they will manage to do it.

Let them try releasing it. They've had to hand over all their stock to Sony and if the Aussie courts determine they are illegal, Sony keep them. The software will work for cloner releases and chances are these guys will end up being legally forced not to do anything to increase the demand for them.
