Rising 2 (datafile.big) for PS3 to enable the following:
Boosted Money Pickups
All Slot Machines Now Pay Out 100k
Weapons In Safehouse
Weapons In Royal Flush
Increased Attack Damage For Weapons
Increased PP For Weapons
PP Multiplied By 10
Unlimited Use of Weapons
Increased Health From Pickups
Increased Health For Survivors
Decreased Health For Bosses
Teleport From Bathroom of Safehouse
Pocket Any Item
No Vehicle Damage
No Key Needed For Vehicles
Exit From Safehouse Made Close

I'm taking a look at it i'll get back to you with some info
UPDATE:
The app was made for psp iso modding but it should work for ps3 all you need to do is find a tutorial that will show you how to change the patch into an iso or mod the patch...
