I would like to install a 3.55 CFW on the 3.41.
But when I datatransfer from 3.55 CFW to my 3.56 online PS3, does it transfer jailbreak data and does Sony see that?
I know it may sound stupid but I just bought a new Playstation and I dont want to to get banned lol

I'm sure some of you datatransfer from CFW to OFW, so please answer me, does the jailbreak stuff ('Intall PKG' Folder) get transfered too? (so Sony sees you got bad stuff in your online ps3 xD)

Well you can not data transfer from 3.55 to 3.41, you can only data transfer from a firmware that is as high or from a lower firmware to a higher firmware, for example from 3.41 to 3.56, but not otherwise.
And no, if you data transfer from 3.55 CFW to the 3.56 OFW you will not copy the Jailbreak from the 3.55 CFW to the 3.56 CFW, you will just data transfer all datas and the jailbreak programs that you had on your 3.55 PS3, but you can not run these programs, as they only work if you have a jailbroken console. Sony can't even see it if you have data transferred, so they won't ban you
