It's your logg! :p Basically because you updated directly from your USB hence the "PackageName = /dev_USB000/PS3UPDAT.PUP" ... It has simply placed the loggs for that onto the USB rather than the HDD... (you will find loads of them if you look in the right places!
Basically just the logg of what the PS3 has done!
