yh u can get online so far nobody on kmeaW CFW OR winikoko have been banned but apperntly some 1 has been banned on gehotz CFW

so theres a risk u could if u use geohots but other 2 are fine SO FAR

No one can tell with sony these days, if I were you, I would jailbreak your ps3 on 3.55, then get whatever you want, then delete your boot history and whatever other evidence is left behind, then upgrade from 3.55 ofw to 3.56.
Sony might ban you, but I highly doubt it.
