i dont think so. if we could do that then we could do anything we want on the ps3. i bet sony wouldn't leave something as important as that unprotected.

the only way to change patches with backup utility is to have multiple backups( each containing a particular patch)

You can edit MW2 patches, dont know about anything else :dunce:

Use File manager to copy the patches to your usb, and then do what ever pleases you with them

Nope theere is no way to edit them if you have backed them up on your ps3
