Then it took me to a agent I asked them do they know why its down? Well the guy said they don't have any idea why nobody can connect. Even going on the computer people are unable to surf the web without there computer or router disconnecting.

Using FukPSN? Then
1. Set Primary DNS to computer IP Address
2.Set Secondary DNS To 8.8.8.8
3.Make Sure FukPSN Is Running

Errr, in pretty much any ****PSN tut it tells you to set your secondary to 8.8.8.8, so yeh, common sense.
